HOW SOON BEFORE EVENT SHOULD I BOOK YOU?
the earlier you book, the more likely you’ll be able to get the date you need. Events can be booked up to 3 months in advance. Two weeks prior to your event is usually the latest to book. Call us if it’s shorter notice. We may be able to ACCOMMODATE YOU.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
yes. we require FROM $100 TO 50% deposit in order to lock in your event date.
DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS?
NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS.
DO YOU DELIVER BALLOON ARRANGEMENTS?
we do venue deliveries for all of our event installations. We also deliver our custom-made balloon arrangements for birthdays, valentine’s day and special occasions. Delivery fees for ALL orders apply and are based on location.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
complete the quote form located on our website and we will respond within 48 hours to schedule a 15 phone consultation to discuss your balloon design. ALL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE YOU A QUOTE.
DO YOU TAKE LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS?
sometimes we do, but it depends on your design preferences and our schedule. call us directly if you have a last minute request. We will try our best to accomodate you.
